Engine Diagnostics

Minor Engine Repairs
Carburetor cleaning and rebuild, fuel injector service, spark plug replacement, ignition system repair, and other minor fixes that restore performance and reliability to your outboard.
Major Engine Repairs
Powerhead rebuilds, crankshaft and piston replacement, connecting rod service, and complete engine overhauls. We have the equipment and expertise to handle the most complex mechanical repairs.
Fuel System Repairs
Diagnosis and repair of fuel delivery issues including clogged injectors, failed fuel pumps, VST problems, and fuel line repairs. Poor fuel delivery is one of the most common causes of performance issues.
Cooling System Repairs
Water pump impeller replacement, thermostat service, and cooling passage cleaning. An overheating engine is a serious issue — we address cooling problems quickly to prevent further damage.
Ignition & Electrical Repairs
